The University Council Secretariat is considered one of the important and sensitive divisions within the university. It is responsible for obtaining approval for matters that fall outside the authority of the University President, whether they fall under the jurisdiction of the University Council or the Ministry. Administratively, it is directly linked to the University President.

Core Tasks:

  1. Receiving and preparing the minutes of the morning and evening colleges.
  2. Reviewing the colleges’ minutes and submitting them to the University President for approval.
  3. Preparing the agenda for the University Council meeting.
  4. Preparing the minutes of the University Council meeting.

Activities:

  1. Preparing dozens of minutes since the establishment of the university.
  2. Obtaining the University President’s approval for numerous college-related minutes.
