The Registration and Student Affairs Department is responsible for all matters related to undergraduate students, starting from registering newly admitted students in the university’s colleges according to the admission channels and verifying their high-school graduation documents. The department also manages all procedures related to student transfers and hosting between our university and other institutions throughout their years of study. Its responsibilities conclude with issuing graduation orders for graduating students, authenticating graduation documents, and issuing graduation certificates.
The department consists of four divisions:
- Registration and Admission Division
- Student Affairs Follow-up Division
- Graduates and Authentication Division
- Documents Verification Division
Department Tasks:
- Registration and Admission: Following up on student admission and registration in the university’s colleges, organizing university and administrative orders, and managing student transfers between universities.
- Student Affairs Follow-up: Handling student issues and reviewing procedures in the university colleges.
- Graduates and Authentication: Authenticating documents and graduation certificates inside the university and through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Documents Verification: Verifying student documents through electronic systems and supporting college registration divisions in the verification, approval, and validity-check processes.
** The university orders for the Second-Round Graduation of 2025 have been issued for all university colleges.
