In addition to the above, he was assigned to chair and become a member of dozens of various scientific, administrative, and investigative committees by the Ministry of Higher Education, the University Presidency, and the Faculties of Administration, Economics, and Law in Fallujah, and Islamic Sciences, including:
- Member of the Ministerial Committee formed pursuant to Ministerial Order M. and. P./ 1015 and signed by His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education, Ali Al-Adeeb, the Honorable, on 6/20/2011, in person, to investigate the course in the science of monotheism at the College of Education, Tikrit University.
- Member of the preparatory committee and head of the media committee for the conference on developing teaching curricula in Islamic sciences and contemporary human problems, held at the Iraqi University for the period 4-5/3/2012 and under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, His Excellency the Honorable Minister of Higher Education, Ali Al-Adeeb.
- Member of the editorial board of the Anbar University Journal of Islamic Sciences from 2009 to 2013, to be a member of its advisory board since 2013.
- Member of the examination committee at the College of Law/University of Fallujah 2002-2008.
- Chairman of the examination committee for the College of Islamic Sciences/University of Fallujah 2008-2013.
- Member of the committee for developing comprehensive exam questions for master’s students in the Arabic language and correcting exam books since the introduction of postgraduate studies in the department in 2020, and until 2024.
- He participated as a lecturer in dozens of scientific seminars and discussions.
Since his first start on March 15, 2000, he has studied at the College of Administration, Economics, Law and Islamic Sciences in preliminary studies and until now, the subjects of the Arabic language, grammar, morphology, logic, Quranic text analysis, and Quranic expression.
- He studied postgraduate studies in the Arabic Language Department/College of Islamic Sciences, the subject of facilitating grammar and its principles, and the subject of Qur’anic studies, 2020-2024.
- The linguistic expert for Rawafed Cultural Magazine, which was issued by the Literary Forum in Fallujah from 2009 until 2019.
- Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Second Scientific Conference of the Faculties of Islamic Sciences at Anbar University for the period 11-12/4/2012, under the slogan (Towards a better scientific approach to understanding Islamic sciences).
- The linguistic expert for Al-Baheth Journal for Legal Sciences at the College of Law from the date of its creation on 1/7/2020, until now.
- Member of the General Union of Writers and Authors in Iraq 2023-2024.
- Chairman of the Intellectual Safety Committee in Postgraduate Studies 2023-2024.
- Member of the Scientific Committee for Postgraduate Studies 2021-2024.
- The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Supervision and Evaluation Agency was assigned to evaluate the defense of a master’s thesis at the College of Education for Human Sciences / Anbar University 2020.
- Member of the Scientific Clearing Committee for Postgraduate Studies 2022-2024.
- Member of the Central Teaching Authority Committee for Humanities Specializations in 2018-2019.
- Member of the teaching committee for Arabic language proficiency courses at the Center for Continuing Education 2018-2024, and he was a lecturer in it for more than forty courses.
- Member of the Committee for Identifying Subspecialties in the Arabic Language Department 2021.
- Member of the teaching committee for Arabic language safety and formal correspondence courses at the Center for Continuing Education 2018-2024, and he was a lecturer in it for more than twenty courses.
- Member of the Scientific Committee of the Second International Periodic Conference for the Human Sciences at the University of Fallujah 2022, which was held under the title (The Qur’an as a Methodology for Building Nations).
- Chairman of the Parents and Teachers Council at (Hariri Model Preparatory School for Girls) for the academic year 2020/2023.
- Member of the comprehensive examination committee for doctoral students in the Arabic Language Department, College of Education for Human Sciences/University of Anbar 2023.
- Member of the Scientific Committee of the Third International Periodic Conference for the Human Sciences at the University of Fallujah, which was held under the title (Scientific Readings in Islamic Sciences) on (November 27-28, 2024).
Chairman of the examination committee for the Arabic Language Department, College of Education 2024-2025.
