President of the University of Fallujah Attends Part of a Postgraduate Diploma Thesis Defense at the College of Administration and Economics
As part of his continued commitment to supporting academic and research progress at the university and providing moral support to postgraduate students, the President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, attended on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, part of the defense session of a postgraduate diploma thesis equivalent to a master’s degree. The thesis is titled: “Servant Leadership and Its Role in Enhancing the Quality of Strategic Decisions: An Analytical Study in Selected Departments of the Ministry of Water Resources in Anbar,” and was held at the College of Administration and Economics.
The thesis, presented by student Ahmed Abbas Hammadi under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Yasser Latif Khalaf, explored the role of servant leadership in supporting and improving the quality of strategic decision-making. It aimed to propose a practical framework to assist organizations in adopting this leadership style to achieve greater efficiency in decision-making processes.
The discussion committee was chaired by Professor Dr. Ahmed Abbas Hammadi, and included Assistant Professor Dr. Tareq Ali Jassim and Assistant Professor Dr. Majid Hamid Abdullah as members.
Before leaving, His Excellency commended the efforts of the esteemed committee members and their academic dedication, wishing them continued excellence and contribution to the advancement of the scientific journey in our beloved country.
