Division of Overseas Study
This division is responsible for completing the applications of individuals wishing to study abroad, issuing all university orders related to study leave, and following up on correspondence received from the Ministry to ensure their proper implementation. It also monitors students during their study period, such as requesting proof of enrollment, tracking their academic progress, and issuing extension orders when necessary.
Core Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing official correspondence from the Ministry related to the division’s work.
- Preparing reports and minutes for the Nomination Committee in accordance with official regulations.
- Completing all formal procedures for nominees based on Ministry approval.
- Following up on the issuance of university orders related to scholarship or fellowship commencement.
- Monitoring the student’s academic progress abroad until graduation and degree completion.
- Notifying the Legal Affairs Department to take action if a student fails to return after the end of the scholarship or fellowship period.
Activities
- Nominating 6 students for study leave for the academic year 2025–2026.
- Nominating 2 students for scholarship programs.
- Registering 6 self-funded students during the employment process.
