The Electronic Computer Center was established on April 15, 2015, as one of the departments affiliated with the university presidency. Despite exceptional circumstances, the center has contributed to the development of the university's operations with its available resources.

To be the leading center and the core technological pillar of digital transformation at the University of Fallujah by building a smart environment and advanced infrastructure that positions the university among globally recognized institutions and serves the aspirations of a knowledge-based society.

To commit to providing innovative technological solutions and integrated digital services that support the educational and administrative journey, by empowering human resources with the latest technical skills and utilizing software systems and networks to ensure the quality of academic performance, while archiving and documenting the university’s scientific output according to the highest international technical standards.

Digital Transformation and Governance:
Develop and implement integrated electronic management systems and support e-governance projects to enhance institutional performance efficiency.
Human Capacity Development:
Design and implement specialized training programs and grant internationally recognized certifications in computer skills to improve the competencies of university staff and government employees.
Infrastructure and Networks:
Design, install, and maintain wired and wireless computer networks and provide continuous technical support for all devices and peripherals.
Software Consultancy:
Provide intelligent software solutions and design databases and websites that meet the needs of departments and research centers.
Digital Documentation and Archiving:
Build an accurate scientific electronic archive based on modern indexing and classification for all academic and administrative university activities.
Continuous Technological Development:
Keep pace with global advancements through active participation in technical seminars and workshops and provide specialized technical consultations in technological procurement.
Organizational Excellence:
Enhance the organizational structure of the center and activate the role of divisions and units to ensure proper task distribution and achieve the highest levels of administrative quality.
