A Workshop at the College of Administration and Economics Highlights Small Projects: From Entrepreneurship to Innovation
Under the patronage of the University President, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Fallujah, organized a workshop entitled “Small Projects: From Entrepreneurship to Innovation.” The workshop targeted the college’s students, particularly those nearing graduation.
The workshop addressed ways to develop students’ capacities and qualify them to enter the labor market after graduation. It highlighted the concept of small projects, along with the most important methods and strategies required to achieve success in the business field, thereby تعزيز strengthening students’ understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation.
It also reviewed key modern concepts in entrepreneurship and mechanisms for transforming ideas into successful and competitive projects in a rapidly evolving business environment. Additionally, it discussed the challenges that entrepreneurs may face and ways to overcome them.
The workshop aimed to enhance students’ academic and practical awareness of the importance of small projects, develop their skills in employing relevant tools in line with labor market requirements and ongoing global developments, and support the university’s direction toward preparing young cadres capable of innovation and initiative.
