President of the University of Fallujah Participates in the National Program for Developing Senior University Leadership
The respected President of the University of Fallujah, Professor Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, took part in the National Program for Developing Senior Leadership, dedicated to training presidents of public universities in Iraq. The program was launched by the Higher Institute for Leadership Preparation and Development at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It was held from July 14 to 17, 2025, under the slogan:
"Productive and Effective Iraqi Universities Leading the Future… Achieving Sustainable Development."
The program featured specialized training sessions delivered by a select group of senior officials and experts in university leadership. These sessions covered multiple strategic areas, including university governance, digital transformation, institutional planning, international rankings, productive universities, and sustainable financing.
The program aims to strengthen academic leadership, empower university leaders to drive institutional transformation, keep pace with contemporary challenges, and enhance the global standing of Iraqi universities through modern approaches that integrate governance, innovation, and knowledge production.
