University of Fallujah Participates in the Regular Meeting to Review the Activities of the Supreme Central Committee for Combating Illegal Migration
Based on the directives of the President of the University of Fallujah, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nahla Naji Hilal, accompanied by the Assistant Director of the Legal Affairs Department, Asst. Lecturer Ahmed Abdul Khudair Jassim, participated in the regular meeting held by the Department of Research and Development at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to review the activities of the Supreme Central Committee for Combating Illegal Migration.
During her participation in the meeting, the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs affirmed that the University of Fallujah places great importance on societal issues and is committed to directing research efforts and academic activities toward contributing to the development of cohesive public awareness aimed at reducing negative phenomena, foremost among them illegal migration.
The meeting, hosted by the University of Baghdad and attended by a number of representatives from Iraqi universities, discussed mechanisms for enhancing the role of universities in addressing the phenomenon of illegal migration through the preparation of specialized scientific studies and by supporting and encouraging researchers to explore the issue from social, legal, economic, and security perspectives.
