Financial and Business Counseling

       The EBC was founded in 2021 to provide accounting, administrative, economic, and statistical services at UF by specialized professors, in a bid to enhance and improve the efficiency of public and private personnel ensuring accurate and timely completion of their tasks to meet the rapid changes and developments occurring in all professional related fields.

Retain relentless pursuit to elevate the performance level of human resources and prepare competent administration and accounting-minded personnel to support the national development strategy.

Objectives

              The objectives of the office include activating the role of statistics and informatics by providing statistical consultations and services in various administrative and economic areas. It also organizes courses to enhance expertise in analytics and statistical software, as well as preparing feasibility studies and evaluating economic projects required for various departments in Anbar province across both public and private sectors in addition to arbitrating applied research contributions.


Among the most important objectives of the office are:

  1. Develop the human resources working in both public and private sector institutions.
  2. Provide consultations, services, expertise, and teaching experiences to public departments in both public and private sectors, in return for competitive fees.
  3. Offer specialized marketing consultations by supporting beneficiaries with the best ideas, insightful strategies, and advice from independent experts in marketing management and digital marketing.
  4. Utilize well-established marketing methods to promote the services of the office.
  5. Support young entrepreneurs and attracting projects and innovations related to the activities of the office.


Community Services:

  The counseling office serves all segments of the community by providing the following services:

  1. Preparation of studies, research, and statistical data analysis.
  2. Feasibility studies and evaluation of economic projects.
  3. Administrative development courses for public departments operating in Anbar Governorate.
  4. Design statistical survey questionnaires, analyzing them, and extracting statistical indicators such as validity, reliability, and preparing statistical reports.
  5. Statistical analysis of data using simple and multiple regression, factor analysis, and path analysis using statistical software and applications such as SPSS, Minitab, Amos, Views, and Excel.
  6. Entrepreneurship, innovative, and marketing studies contributing to the employment of graduates and professionals in projects aimed at enhancing and developing the private sector.
  7. Short courses in administrative, economic, accounting, and statistical fields and their relationship with education, mastering administrative, financial, and statistical work.
  8. Short and preparatory courses in marketing, entrepreneurship, quality systems, management, finance, accounting, and others related to job seekers and those seeking experience and capacity development in such vital fields. Additionally, the office relies on specialized consulting teams to provide the following services:


    A- Developing strategies and setting plans.

     B-  Preparing and evaluating strategic plans and programs for organizations (public and private sector) operating in the province. assisting these institutions in defining their vision, mission, and objectives.

      C- Administrative development, including:

  • Preparation of business process engineering.
  • Measurement and analysis of productivity and development of strategies for improvement.
  • Development of total quality management systems and preparation of quality manuals, as well as programs for measuring and analyzing quality costs.
  • Measurement and analysis of operating costs and development of strategies for reduction.
  • Preparation of organizational structures and development of work systems and manuals.
  • Evaluation of the performance of institutions and departments.
