Department of Reconstruction and Projects (Engineering Affaires) 

 Responsibilities

1. Implement projects of the investment plan and conduct project budgets monitoring.
2. Oversee and monitor the project workflow and monitor the Provincial Development Office funding
3. Monitor projects progress.
4. Prepare monthly progress reports for ongoing projects.
5. Conduct projects site visits.  
6. Prepare and review BoQs and as-built drawings for planned construction projects.  
7. Prepare feasibility studies for projects of the investment plan in line with the required investment standards as per ministry directives.
8. Submit periodic project reports to the monitoring office in the Department of Reconstruction for review and evaluation.
9. Coordinate with investment offices during the design preparation and provide them with feedback and work plan.
