The Department of Studies and Planning

          The SP Department was founded in 2014 to meet the university's need for a specialized department in developing strategies, setting goals, drawing up future plans, monitoring their implementation, and defining unified frameworks to address future challenges.

  Department Mission: To determine the future academic and administrative direction of the university, by crystallizing a set of administrative decisions and practices aimed at the university's best performance, and outlining policies and strategies that align with the university's mission.

Department Vision: To aspire to the highest levels of success, excellence, and managerial quality in education, job performance and scientific research, and to contribute to serving both the university and the ministry.

Goals of the Department:

1. Open up new academics and as well as identifying the logistic and academic requirements to enhance the level of scientific excellence.
2. Realize the general standards used in planning, monitoring, and performance evaluation in order to evaluate them and develop programs compatible with academic capabilities to raise the quality of education.
3. Upgrade the job and professional level of all scientific and administrative departments through monitoring, comparing current performance with past performance, and plan for future performance.
