Administrative Mandate

Financial Mandate:
- Conduct financial transfers between the university budget sections to cover its needs in accordance
with the budget execution instructions.
- Monitor allocations for the amount of the allocated annual funds, monthly and overall expenditures, as
well as the balance of allocations for each section of the allocations.
- Open an analytical register for advances, which monitors temporary advances, salary advances,
committee advances, and permanent cash expenditure advances
- Monitor the operational mechanism of the procurement and maintenance committees by providing
financial approval for each section of the budget.
- Maintain an electronic accounting system to assist in preparing financial statements in a timely fashion.
- Prepar all types of monthly review budgets for detailed accounts, general accounts at the end of
each month, and final accounts for the fiscal year.
