The Diwan Department is considered one of the important departments; it plays a vital role in coordinating and supervising the work of the faculties and departments within the university regarding the department's tasks.
Mandate:
- Direct management of organizing off-and-on-campus events UF organizes.
- Provide basic services within the university through the divan workforce
- Monitor manage the university-owned machinery and power generators.
- Perform maintenance work for the university facilities including maintenance of water and power installations.
- Undertake gardening and landscaping work for the UF HQ and faculties green yards.
- Perform maintenance work for HVAC matrix, refrigerators, and some power devices for al UF formations.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant off-campus stakeholders, as well as oversee and report university-wide staff electronic fingerprinting.
